Duties & Responsibilities Preform professional residential siding installations from start to finish Install vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, window wrap and door wrap. Complete siding details including corner posts, J channel, starter strip, flashing independantly operate siding specific hand and power tools safely and efficiently Identify and Properly Address common installation issues in the field Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Work independently or as part of the crew with minimal supervision travel to residential jobsites throughout NorthEast Ohio be able to set up and operate our Pump Jack System -Experience required- We are looking for someone who is already proficient in residential siding installation and can preform quality work at a efficeint rate, independantly. This is NOT a general handyman position and is not intended for someone looking to learn the trade from scratch. You will intially have a 3 day period at a rate of 20/hour to demonstrate your experience. Afterwards we will review your performance and scale your wage equaulvalently to your skill level.
