Construction Crew Leader Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Construction Crew Leader to manage our installation crews and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. You'll lead the team on-site, make sure work is completed safely and on schedule, and help deliver high-quality results. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the construction crew on job sites. Assign daily tasks and make sure work is completed on time. Read blueprints and plans to ensure projects are built correctly. Work with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving. Make sure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. Follow and enforce all OSHA and company safety rules. Order and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project. Keep track of job progress and communicate updates with management. Help train and support crew members. Qualifications Experience in construction and 2 years of leading construction crews. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Experience using construction software is a plus, but not required. Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely. Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must!
