Schedule:

Full-Time:

Monday-Friday Occasional evenings and weekends based on seasonal needs and weather Participation in snow operations (may require off-hours work)

Summary:

Perform hands-on work on landscape construction and hardscape projects Assist with building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures Operate tools and equipment while maintaining a safe and organized job site Work as part of a team to complete high-quality construction projects

Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping, maintenance, and construction tasks on outdoor job sites Assist in building patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Use hand and power tools to prepare sites, dig trenches, and move materials Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe job site; secure tools and materials daily Work alongside experienced team members to learn skills and techniques Follow all safety procedures and report issues as needed Participate in snow removal operations during winter months

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors Ability to work in all weather conditions Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work Previous construction, landscaping, or equipment experience preferred Bilingual candidates are a plus

Preferred Skills:

Hardscape installation experience Construction or heavy equipment operation experience Trade school or technical training

Work Environment:

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment Physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and coordination
