Seeking an
Experienced Construction Worker :
•Performs Manual Labor ( digging with shovel in all weather ) operate Directional Boring equipment•Experienced hauling construction equipment ( Class
A & B CDL
w/manual endorsement)
Location:
Perrysburg, OH Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay:
$25•35 per hour , depending on qualifications, licensing, and experience •Strong experince without CDL will be considered We are looking for a Directional Boring & Hydrovac Operator with CDL to join our telecommunications construction team. Must have clean driving record, must have reliable transportation . You should be comfortable operating equipment, towing construction equipment with a trailer, and performing demanding physical labor. This is NOT an entry-level CDL position. Responsibilities Operate directional boring equipment to install underground telecommunications conduit and cable Perform digging and excavation, including extended periods of manual digging Operate hydrovac/vacuum excavation equipment Operate backhoes, drills, excavators, and other construction equipment Drive commercial vehicles and tow construction equipment and trailers Install underground telecommunications pipes and cables Perform heavy manual labor, including digging, lifting, carrying, cleaning, and job-site preparation Maintain and clean trucks, boring equipment, hydrovac equipment, tools, and job sites Work as part of a construction crew to complete projects efficiently and safety Requirements CDL Class A or Class B Clean driving record required Previous commercial driving experience Previous experience operating construction equipment Experience towing construction equipment with a trailer Previous experience with directional boring, hydrovac, excavation, underground utilities, or similar construction work Experience performing heavy physical labor Construction experience such as hardscaping, concrete, excavation, utility construction, or similar work Reliable transportation Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Must be dependable and able to work outdoors year-round Must be comfortable performing physical labor in addition to operating equipment #TOL1
