Job Description
Crew Member KW Concrete & Landscaping is looking for motivated Crew Members to join our team. This position will work alongside our crews on residential concrete, landscaping, hardscape, drainage, lighting, and outdoor living projects. Responsibilities Perform general construction, concrete, landscaping, hardscape, and outdoor living tasks Assist with jobsite setup, installation, cleanup, and daily production Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials, tools, and equipment Operate or learn to operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment Follow direction from Crew Leaders and work together as a team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Take pride in the quality of work being completed Qualifications Construction, concrete, landscaping, hardscape, or equipment experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work Ability to work well as part of a team
