$22/hour (higher pay possible based on experience) + Benefits & Per Diem (Equivalent to $26.68/hour with benefits - see below!) + Overtime at 1.5x About Us Gold Metal Construction is a leading Ohio-based company specializing in the construction and erection of self-storage facilities, along with high-quality concrete flat work for those projects. We're committed to building durable, efficient storage solutions and fostering a supportive team environment. Join our crew to work on exciting self-storage projects across Ohio's major cities and surrounding areas! What You'll Do Perform general construction tasks, including site cleanup, material handling, and assisting with self-storage facility erection. Support concrete flat work, including pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete for storage facility foundations and surfaces. Use basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Help with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup under supervisor direction. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Travel to job sites, which may include overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided), and some sites requiring longer commutes of 50 minutes to 1.5 hours from the shop (per diem provided). What We're Looking For Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions. Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for self-storage construction and concrete work.

Preferred:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bonus:

Competitive Pay :

$22/hour (higher pay possible based on experience), with overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate ($33/hour or more for hours over 40/week). Per Diem for

Travel and Commutes :

$50/day for jobs requiring hotel stays (hotel costs fully covered). $40/day for jobs requiring commutes of 50 minutes to 1.5 hours from the shop (no overnight stay).

Paid Time Off :

5 days (40 hours) of PTO annually, worth $880. 401(k)
