TK Excavating is seeking dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates are motivated, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment. Experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with excavation, concrete work, site prep, and general labor tasks Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site Follow directions from foremen and project managers Adhere to all safety standards and company policies Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Work in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well with a team Willingness to learn and take direction Must be able to pass a drug test
