GENERAL LABORERS 8-10 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

IMMEDIATE START

Passionate Landscaping & Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers for an upcoming foundation/construction project. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become full-time for dependable workers who perform well.

• PAY Starting at $16/hour, with the potential for higher/competitive pay based on experience and performance Paid weekly in cash Optional weekend work may be available for additional hours/pay

• SCHEDULE

  Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 30-minute lunch break Weekend work may also be available for employees who want additional hours.

• JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE

  Digging and trenching Foundation-related labor Landscaping/construction work Moving dirt, materials, tools, and equipment Loading and unloading materials General job-site cleanup Assisting crew leads with other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Previous construction, landscaping, general labor, or similar outdoor work experience preferred Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site Must be dependable and show up on time Must be comfortable working outdoors and able to withstand heat, cold, wind, and other outdoor conditions Must be physically capable of digging, bending, standing for extended periods, and repeatedly lifting/carrying approximately 50 lbs. Must be able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a crew Steel-toe work boots required Jeans or appropriate work pants required Plain/work-appropriate shirts only — no offensive wording or graphics Must arrive ready to work with appropriate clothing for the weather•

PERFORMANCE & ATTENDANCE

This is a performance-based position. New hires will be evaluated during their first week based on attendance, punctuality, work ethic, ability to follow instructions, safety, and overall job performance. Continued employment will depend on meeting job expectations and the ongoing needs of the project. Workers who are dependable, work hard, and perform well may have the opportunity for continued/full-time employment.
