```Duties```

• Perform physical labor on construction sites as directed by the supervisor
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools as necessary
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and equipment ```Qualifications```
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
