Oklahoma - Laborer Position

Job Title:

Laborer Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will assist with a variety of manual tasks, supporting skilled trades and ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and efficient. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Support skilled tradespersons as needed on job sites Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads Operate basic hand and power tools safely Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and bending for extended periods Ability to perform manual labor including trenching and digging using hand tools such as shovels for pipeline installation and maintenance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to workplace safety Reliable transportation to job sites Authorized to work in the country of employment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in construction or general labor role Basic knowledge of hand and power tools OSHA or relevant safety certification Bilingual abilities are a plus Skills & Competencies Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Problem-solving abilities
