Job Description

Tulsa's Green Country Staffing is seeking long-term construction hands for a pier drilling company asap! Call or apply today! Position Summary The Construction Laborer will assist with pier drilling, concrete work, form building, and general construction activities. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and occasionally near highway construction zones. Candidates should be safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Perform a variety of construction tasks, including concrete placement, form building, grading, leveling, and surface finishing. Pour, spread, and finish concrete using proper techniques and equipment. Build, set, and remove concrete forms. Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely. Read and accurately use a tape measure. Apply curing compounds and sealants to protect finished concrete surfaces. Follow project-specific instructions and safety procedures. Assist with pier drilling and foundation construction activities. Work effectively as part of a construction crew to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications & Experience Previous construction experience preferred. Experience with concrete placement, finishing, and formwork highly preferred. Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and construction safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Requirements Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
