This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. Duties Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the job site. Must be able to follow directions and work independently when required.
