Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Construction Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate residential building projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and construction expertise This role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring project quality, and maintaining safety standards on-site. The Crew Leader will play a vital role in delivering high-quality residential projects efficiently and within scope. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews on residential sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide team activities Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and communication Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, change orders, and safety records Experience Proven experience in residential construction projects with a background in framing, trim, flooring etc. Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality This position offers an opportunity to lead meaningful residential projects while utilizing advanced construction management tools. Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
