Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and procedures, providing post-procedure care Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns via appropriate clinical channels Maintaining infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts Key Duties include: Providing patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting Ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare standards Collaborating with clinical team members
