Safety-Sensitive High-Tier Commercial Construction Opportunity We are currently seeking dependable, experienced, and safety-minded Construction General Laborers and Skilled Construction Workers for opportunities supporting our clients' construction projects throughout the Oklahoma City area. This is a higher-tier construction assignment intended for candidates who take their work seriously, understand the expectations of an active commercial jobsite, and can meet strict client screening and safety requirements. We are looking for candidates who bring more than just a willingness to work. The strongest applicants will have previous construction experience, a solid work history, dependable attendance, knowledge of basic construction tools, and the ability to follow directions while working safely around skilled tradespeople, equipment, and active construction operations. Pay Based on Experience Construction General Laborer — $16.00/Hour This level is designed for candidates with previous construction, general labor, demolition, landscaping, maintenance, or other physically demanding hands-on experience. General Laborers may assist experienced tradespeople while continuing to develop their construction skills. Skilled Construction Worker — $18.00/Hour The skilled rate is reserved for candidates who can demonstrate stronger construction knowledge and previous hands-on trade experience. Candidates should be able to discuss and demonstrate their experience with construction tools, materials, measurements, jobsite procedures, or specific trades. Skilled pay will be based on verified experience and demonstrated ability. What You'll Be Doing Responsibilities will vary based on the project, construction phase, and needs of the assigned crew.
Duties may include:
