In this energetic role, you'll be an essential part of the construction process, assisting with a variety of tasks from site preparation to finishing touches. Your work will directly contribute to creating safe, durable, and high-quality structures. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork and scaffolding, ensuring all structures meet blueprint specifications and safety standards Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and technical drawings to reinforce concrete structures Interpret blueprints, construction plans, and schematics to execute tasks accurately on-site Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for concrete pouring, masonry work, tile laying, stucco application, and restoration projects Support concrete pumping operations and concrete cutting activities to ensure efficient workflow Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on-site Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating various hand tools and power tools used in construction Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, pouring, cutting, and related masonry techniques Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting construction plans for project accuracy Experience with rebar installation, formwork construction, metal stud framing, carpentry including trim carpentry and framing Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety protocols in a busy construction environment Ability to perform caulking, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, stucco application, and renovation work as needed Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
