The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team on-site. Need to have the ability to read basic blueprints for this job and also be able to read a tape measure. This work will be performed in a shop setting. No travel required. Will be in the same location every day! Overtime & Doubletime Available! Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, insulation installation, and fabrication. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Proficiency with tape measure is required. Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors, including rigging, lifting, and carrying materials. Experience Previous experience in construction or general labor is required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is needed. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
