The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tools & equipment pertaining to the construction & landscaping industries. This individual will aspire to be a subject matter expert for any equipment in the construction industry & someone who wants to have a long-term career in this industry!

Schedule:

7:30a•5:30p | Monday•Saturdays, will work (5 of 6) days each week. Some Saturdays are required.

Pay :

$19•$22/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert in construction & lawncare equipment Encourages teamwork & demonstrates a proactive mindset towards helping others Loading / unloading equipment from trailers Demonstrate proper use & functions of equipment Power wash equipment & performing preventative maintenance on (checking/changing oil and fluids, etc.) Carrying out the initial inspection of equipment to make sure there was no damage done Assisting front desk and shop mechanic when necessary & perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Experience in the construction, landscaping or agricultural industries (2+) years operating light duty or heavy equipment, preferably excavators, loaders, or concrete finishing equipment Must know how to use chains and binders / ratchet traps to secure equipment Must know how to properly secure a trailer to vehicles Must have knowledge of different trucks / trailer classifications to avoid overloading a truck or trailer. MUST ensure safety for our customers and equipment! Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Customer service skills Strong work ethic & self-motivated Driver's License required for possible deliveries to customers
