This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can successfully guide a team from project kickoff through completion while maintaining efficiency, accountability, and the Graham Standard. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a field crew to execute landscape and construction projects from start to finish Maintain full ownership of jobsite performance, productivity, and quality Plan and communicate daily and weekly objectives to keep projects on track Collaborate with Project Managers on timelines, materials, and job sequencing Read and understand project scope, estimates, and plans Execute and oversee:

• Site demo and preparation
• Grading and base work
• Retaining wall construction
• Hardscape and landscape installation Identify challenges early and proactively problem-solve in the field Maintain accurate job tracking, material usage, and daily reporting Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape installation or construction projects with a strong background in landscaping or horticulture.

Hands-on experience with landscape maintenance including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and general horticultural practices. Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or site preparation. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction environments; ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to outdoor construction sites and landscape work environments.
