Salary may vary upon experience. Must have experience in Construction/Handyman/Carpenter.
Key Responsibilities:
Track material price trends and adjust estimates to reflect changing market rates. Request and evaluate competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Oversee job progress and keeping the crew busy. Working hands on with your crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position for a responsible person.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in construction estimating or project management. 5+ years in
Construction/Handyman/Carpenter Communication:
Clear written and verbal communication for negotiating with contractors and vendors. This is a rapidly growing company that needs experience in Hardwood Floors, Carpentry, and all aspects of Construction.
