Job Description
Perform renovation, remodeling, and construction projects throughout manufacturing and administrative facilities. Build, install, repair, paint and modify walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, cabinetry, and partitions. Construct offices, conference rooms, break areas, storage rooms, and production support spaces. Basic plumbing including toilet and sink installation. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, specifications, and construction drawings. Install drywall, insulation, trim, molding, doors, windows, and hardware. Perform demolition work related to renovation projects while adhering to safety requirements. Coordinate renovation activities with production departments to minimize operational disruptions. Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and construction equipment safely. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and applicable building codes. Estimate material requirements and maintain inventory of construction supplies and tools.
