Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and equipment safely Support erosion control measures to protect the environment and ensure project compliance Operate power tools and basic equipment safely, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards Follow strict workplace safety protocols, including the implementation of OSHA safety standards and proper use of respiratory protection and climbing gear Experience Prior experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, is highly desirable but not necessary before hire Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely over extended periods Join our team to build a safer, more efficient construction site while advancing your skills in a supportive environment.
