Construction Worker

Job Overview Join our construction team as a Construction Worker. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to assist in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of structures. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support various construction activities Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Build and install wall framing, floor systems, and roof structures Assist with general carpentry tasks or other phases of construction as needed Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Skills Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in varying weather conditions Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently Good communication skills to work effectively within a team setting Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus, but not required A valid driver's license is preferred for site access and equipment transportation Qualifications 18 years or older Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Preferably, previous experience in construction framing/trades (Willing to teach if you're willing to learn) Comfortable with heights Can lift 60lbs + Able to pass a background check and/or drug screening Will wear appropriate PPE Works well with others Willing to take direction

Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
