  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, conducting repairs, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Responsibilities Perform routine property maintenance and repairs on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Conduct residential painting and other general maintenance tasks as needed. Perform bi-annual preventative maintenance on guestrooms to ensure all amenities remain in pristine condition over time. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of supplies and annual inspections. Respond promptly to service requests from tenants or clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems. Proficient in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience in supervising teams or coordinating maintenance activities is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Familiarity with residential painting techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Strong logical reasoning skills to analyze problems and implement effective solutions. Capability to maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
