Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Launch your career in the septic service industry, an essential field focused on maintaining and installing underground wastewater systems that protect public health and the environment. As a Laborer, you will gain hands-on experience supporting septic pumping, maintenance, and installation projects while receiving on-the-job training. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, work outdoors, and develop practical skills in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; current high school or college students are encouraged to apply for seasonal employment opportunities.
  • Must perform physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
PREFERENCES
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus and strong asset for the role.
  • Desire to pursue industry-related certifications and develop trade skills.
  • Basic familiarity with tools, equipment, or mechanical environments.
JOB DUTIES
  • Support septic pumping and installation by preparing equipment, transporting materials, and assisting team members on-site.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking materials.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, and reporting issues.
  • Utilize and maintain knowledge of various tools, equipment, and parts to support daily operations.
  • Provide general labor support across job sites as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Safely operate tools and equipment under supervision while following company procedures and OSHA safety standards.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Participate in training sessions, safety meetings, and ongoing education. PAY
  • $16.
85-22.45; Depending on experience.
