DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be flexible with hours and occasional travel to job sites) Who We Are We are a full-service reconstruction and environmental solutions team specializing in rebuilding homes and commercial properties after unexpected property damage. Our projects range from structural repairs and remodels to full rebuilds following water, fire, or environmental events. We operate with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism, helping clients restore their properties from the demolition phase through final finishes. Our culture emphasizes teamwork, craftsmanship, safety, and delivering high-quality results during high-stress situations. What You'll Do Perform commercial and industrial reconstruction work following property damage Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, texturing, and general repairs Support structural rebuilds and interior/exterior restoration projects Read and interpret basic construction plans and scopes of work Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites Travel to various job sites as needed Follow all safety procedures and company protocols What's In It for You Hands-on experience in a fast-paced reconstruction environment Opportunity to develop and expand construction skills Exposure to diverse residential and commercial rebuild projects Room for professional growth within the company What You Need to Have High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of construction experience (reconstruction or damage repair preferred) Ability to perform physical labor in demanding environments The Musts Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work in confined or active construction environments Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions Good communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Experience in reconstruction following water or fire damage Framing, drywall, finish carpentry, or general contractor experience Forklift certification or experience OSHA certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required Next Steps Please respond with an updated resume!
