What you'll do
Lead Underground Operations:
Command advanced equipment to load, deliver, and excavate for complex underground telecom installations with precision.
Drive Project Quality:
Precision-install telecommunications cables, inspect heavy machinery for top-tier safety, and complete daily production tracking reports.
Mentor & Collaborate:
Work alongside Level I laborers, communicate directly with supervisors, and leave work sites pristine with full site restoration and landscaping.
Additionally:
Follow safety protocols and comply with company policies and regulations, collaborate with Level I laborers as needed to support projects, Work in all weather conditions to meet project deadlines, and perform other duties as assigned What you'll need
Experience:
2+ years operating construction equipment or utility trucks in field environments.
Licensure & Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and authorization to work in the U.S.
Mindset:
Strong independent work ethic, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a team-first safety focus.
Readiness:
Capability to lift 55+ lbs, work in varied weather conditions, handle remote tasks, and work extended hours/overtime when needed. Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely:
work alone in remote locations and confined spaces with arms above shoulder level. Operate vehicles and heavy machinery. Perform tasks requiring fine hand motion, bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting greater than 55 pounds
