In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to various tasks that support the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction activities. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers to complete tasks efficiently. Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Participate in site safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols at all times. Perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects, digging trenches, and moving materials across the job site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
