Support the construction team in building material installation such as fascia boards, soffits, or related components. Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of gutter work to prevent accidents or injuries. Use measuring tools like tape measures to ensure precise cuts and fittings according to project specifications. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior construction site experience or related labor work is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to safely operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment. Basic understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, or construction plans is advantageous. Familiarity with building materials such as vinyl, aluminum, or steel gutters; experience in gutter installation is a plus.
