Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Laborer to join our team. Must have a reliable vehicle and clean drivers' license.

Responsibilities:

• Assist construction teams with site preparation.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
• Assist with setting up scaffolding and other construction equipment.
• Clean and maintain the construction sites, including removing debris and disposing of waste.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with other laborers to achieve project goals.
• Keep the yard clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Physical stamina to perform heavy manual labor.
• Ability to work long hours under any kind of weather.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and tools.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
