Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and skills will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you'll be actively involved in a variety of hands-on tasks that support the successful completion of commercial and residential construction projects. From assisting with concrete work to framing and finishing, your contributions will be essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various construction activities Perform concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and sealing to ensure durable and high-quality results Install rebar, formwork, metal studs, and framing components according to blueprints and schematics Interpret technical drawings and blueprint specifications accurately for precise execution of tasks Support masonry work such as stucco, tile laying, and restoration projects to enhance structural integrity Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience Previous experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical drawing comprehension is advantageous Hands-on knowledge of concrete forming, concrete pumping, concrete finishing, and concrete cutting techniques Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or other heavy equipment is a plus Understanding of construction estimating processes and ability to assist in material measurement and planning Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic carpentry skills including trim carpentry and frame construction Knowledge of safety regulations specific to the construction industry ensures adherence to all safety standards during daily operations Join us in building something great!
