Paid training is provided to ensure you succeed from day one! Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on-site. Perform demolition, renovation, and restoration tasks as directed by supervisors. Support carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roof installation. Handle heavy lifting and material movement while maintaining safety standards at all times. Assist in the apartment maintenance Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumping equipment. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks daily.
