Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including unloading materials and organizing tools and equipment for daily tasks Perform installation duties according to project specifications under supervision or guidance Support the team by carrying materials, operating basic tools, and ensuring work areas are clean and safe Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptly Help with demolition or removal of old materials as needed during renovation or new construction projects Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn best practices on-site Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Prior experience in construction or installation is a plus but not required; training will be provided Basic understanding of construction tools and materials is advantageous Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role Join us in building something great!
