Responsibilities Dig trenches and ditches; backfill excavations and compact soil to grade specifications Operate hand tools and power tools including shovels, tampers, and jackhammers Cut wires and assist with basic electrical and utility connections as directed by crew leads Move tools, equipment, and materials around active job sites Clean up debris and assist with site restoration including blacktop and landscaping work Signal equipment operators to assist with machinery alignment and movement Support crew leads and equipment operators with general construction labor as assigned

Requirements Required:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Availability for overtime and weekend work when necessary High school diploma or equivalent Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, background check, and MVR check
