Role Description The Construction Worker role at BDB Construction is a full-time, on-site position based in Center Valley, PA. In this role, the Construction Worker will assist with remodeling, repairs, and general construction tasks for both interior and exterior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing work areas, performing masonry and flooring work, supporting renovation activities, and using hand and power tools safely. The Construction Worker will follow project plans, collaborate with supervisors and team members, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. This role may also involve interacting with property managers and clients to ensure work is completed to agreed standards and timelines. Qualifications Construction and Renovation skills for residential and light commercial projects. Masonry skills for structural and decorative work. Flooring skills for installation, repair, and finishing of various floor types. Basic Research skills to review materials, methods, and safety procedures. Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders. Strong awareness of job site safety and proper use of tools and equipment. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions. Reliable transportation to Center Valley, PA, and flexibility to work standard full-time hours. Previous construction experience preferred; relevant certifications or trade training are a plus.
