Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be an essential part of building projects from the ground up! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople in creating durable, high-quality structures. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting concrete according to project specifications Install rebar and metal studs as part of formwork construction for concrete structures Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety protocols Aid in the installation of drywall, stucco, plastering, caulking, and tile laying for renovation projects Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to interpret blueprint specifications and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and concrete finishing equipment Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Skills in concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and metal stud framing are highly desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods Basic carpentry skills including drywall installation and renovation work are a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills contribute directly to impactful projects. Pay:
$25.71 - $30.96 per hour Expected hours: 21.0 - 35.0 per week
