Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to assist with the day-to-day upkeep and improvement of our apartment and townhome community. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, including property maintenance, seasonal outdoor work, landscaping, and assisting with new home construction. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with their hands, and having different projects from day to day.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general maintenance and upkeep throughout the apartment and townhome community Perform seasonal outdoor work, including mowing, trimming, leaf cleanup, landscaping, and general groundskeeping. Assist with snow removal, shoveling, salting, and winter property maintenance. Pick up trash and debris and help keep the community clean and presentable. Assist with apartment and townhome turnovers. Help with painting, patching, basic carpentry, and minor repairs. Move materials, appliances, furniture, and equipment as needed. Assist maintenance staff with larger repair and improvement projects. Help maintain garages, storage areas, maintenance buildings, and common areas. Help with new home construction, including moving and organizing building materials, job-site cleanup, basic demolition, and assisting skilled trades people. Load and unload construction materials and supplies. Safely operate basic hand and power tools. Perform other general labor, property maintenance, and construction-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous general labor, construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and take direction. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to perform physical work throughout the day. Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is helpful. Dependable transportation and reliable attendance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to tackle a variety of jobs.

Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
