Facility Maintenance Technician Full-Time Position:
Are you dependable, hardworking, and take pride in fixing things the right way? Join our property management team and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community for our residents. Position Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout apartments, townhomes, common areas, self-storage units and property grounds. Complete work orders involving basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repairs, cleaning, and minor renovations. Maintain the exterior of the property, including landscaping, snow removal, trash pickup, and general groundskeeping. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. Work closely with management to ensure the property remains safe, attractive, and compliant with applicable codes and regulations. Qualifications Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman experience preferred also willing to train the right candidate. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
