We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our restoration team. As a Restoration Cleaner / General Laborer, you'll help restore homes and businesses after fire, water, storm, and other property damage. This is a physically active position that offers a variety of work, opportunities for overtime, and the chance to develop valuable restoration and construction skills. What You'll Do Perform structural cleaning of residential and commercial properties following fire, water, storm, or other damage
Clean and restore personal belongings including furniture, clothing, books, dishes, toys, figurines, and household items
Assess damaged contents and identify items that can be restored
Inventory, tag, pack, box, and safely relocate customer belongings
Set up workstations and packing areas for restoration projects
Repackage restored contents for return to customers
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
Clean restrooms, kitchens, ceiling vents, and common areas
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, moving furniture, equipment, and materials
Support debris removal, demolition, and job site preparation when needed
Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
Document work before and after project completion
Follow company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Previous cleaning, restoration, janitorial, construction, or general labor experience is preferred
Carpentry experience is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a drug screen
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation one weekend per month Additional Details
