Key Responsibilities Assist experienced team members with remodeling work such as demolition, framing, painting, remodeling, and material handling. Keep the job site clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency. Learn safe tool and equipment use under the supervision of skilled carpenters. Support loading and unloading of tools, equipment, and materials at job sites. Contribute to project completion by following directions and assisting wherever needed. Qualifications Dependable work ethic, mechanical inclination, and desire to learn. Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, standing, and climbing. Team player with a positive attitude and readiness to follow instructions. Professional behavior required on every site. Dedication to maintaining safety and cleanliness, as job sites are also client homes. Work Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Some overtime or Saturday shifts may be required Work Location Havertown, PA base with residential projects in Delaware and Montgomery counties.
