Support skilled workers by handling manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment. Interpret basic construction plans and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Operate power tools under supervision and ensure proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed. Requirements Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving lifting and physical exertion throughout the workday. Mechanical knowledge or experience working with power tools is a plus. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work well within a team environment. Prior experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is beneficial but not required; a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are key.
