About the Role Fortress Siding is hiring experienced install crews for vinyl and James Hardie (fiber cement) siding on residential projects. Subcontractor opportunity for established crews/crew leads with their own tools, transportation, and labor — Fortress supplies consistent project flow, you supply install expertise and manpower. Who This Is For Established siding crews or crew leads with their own team Subs already doing vinyl and/or James Hardie work looking for more volume Crews with insurance, licensing, and equipment ready for scheduled work What You'll Do Install vinyl and James Hardie siding per manufacturer spec and project scope Tear-off/removal of existing siding as needed Install house wrap, flashing, trim, soffit, fascia Work from Fortress production specs; keep job sites clean/professional (customer-facing, occupied homes) Complete jobs on schedule, pass Fortress QC before final walkthrough Requirements Proven vinyl + James Hardie install experience (Hardie cert a plus) Own tools/transportation, sufficient crew size for timeline General liability + workers' comp coverage (or documented exemption) Valid business license/EIN for subcontractor agreement Background check pass Reliable, consistent availabilit
