Full-Time Position Overview Jeffco Enterprises, LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Plumber Apprentice / Laborer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual looking to build a long-term career in the plumbing and mechanical trades while gaining hands-on field experience under skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems Perform general labor duties including digging, trenching, lifting, and material handling Support installation of water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping systems Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness Load/unload materials and organize work vehicles Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Assist with demolition and site preparation as required Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing layouts Organize and Clean Plumbing Warehouse, Equipment and Vehicles Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors in various conditions) Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to and from job sites Basic mechanical aptitude a plus (not required) Ability to work well in a team environment Preferred (But Not Required) Prior construction or labor experience Interest in pursuing a plumbing apprenticeship or trade certification Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Opportunity for advancement into a registered apprenticeship On-the-job training with experienced professionals Overtime opportunities Stable, year-round work Why Join Jeffco Enterprises?
