We're a team-based, family-oriented company looking for an energetic leader to drive operational excellence in our warehouse. Role Overview We're seeking a proactive Shipping and Fulfillment Lead to oversee the accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment of customer orders across all sales channels (Shopify, Whatnot, Facebook, etc.). This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for optimizing pick-pack-ship processes, maintaining inventory integrity, and leading a small fulfillment team.

Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Management :

Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with accuracy and speed.

Team Leadership :

Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff involved in order fulfillment.

Shipping Coordination :

Work with USPS, UPS, and freight carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Inventory Control :

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and resolve any discrepancies.

Process Optimization :

Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for faster fulfillment and fewer errors.

Technology Use :

Utilize systems like Shopify, Sortly, Cin7, or Zoho Inventory for fulfillment and tracking.

Customer Focus :

Ensure orders go out on time, in full, and in excellent condition to keep our customer satisfaction high. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics role; leadership experience preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Whatnot, etc.) and inventory management tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Forklift experience/certification a plus.
