In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Responsibilities Luting and Shoveling Asphalt. Cleans and prepares site. Operates various types of hand tools, power tools and/or industrial equipment. May assist other craft workers. Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a clean driving record. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Be willing to work overtime.
