Job Description
We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our field crew. This is not a desk job and it's not for everyone — but if you like real work this could be a great fit. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Opportunity to work with heavy equipment and mechanical systems What You'll Be Doing Performing physical, hands-on field work in outdoor and industrial environments Assisting with equipment operation, site work, and daily field tasks Performing basic mechanical and maintenance work as needed Keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area Being a dependable team member in a fast-moving, real-world setting What We're Looking For Comfort with hard, physical, dirty work Reliable transportation to the departure point Ability to follow directions and work safely Positive attitude and strong work ethic Pluses (not required, but helpful) Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.) Mechanical aptitude or hands-on mechanical skills Previous construction, excavation, demolition, or outdoor labor experience
