Job Description
Pipe Laborer Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking Pipe Laborer to support heavy civil construction projects involving underground utilities, concrete work, paving, and site development. This position assists with pipe installation, grading, concrete placement, formwork, and general labor activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Assist with underground utility, concrete, and site construction projects. Measure, grade, stake, and prepare job sites for construction activities. Install, align, join, and seal pipe systems. Build and dismantle forms, scaffolding, shoring, and bracing. Signal equipment operators and assist with machinery alignment and movement. Perform grading, excavation support, concrete mixing, placement, and finishing. Operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment and work areas. Qualifications Experience in construction, pipe installation, paving, concrete, or general labor preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and safely use common construction tools and equipment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors. Previous heavy civil or road construction experience and relevant safety certifications are a plus. Ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE). Candidates must be comfortable working in an active construction environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perkasie, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
