Horlacher bringing with him over 40 years of urban construction experiences.

Job Overview:

This Labor Forman role is for an experienced, well organized individual with the ability to work along side and assist field personnel in the construction of projects. In this role, you will assist Carpenters, Forman, Superintendent and Project Managers with daily field operations as directed. In this role, you will also be the warehouse point of contact to organize the space, catalog all tools and equipment, and deliver materials to project sites as directed. The Field Personnel reports directly to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Physical, hands-on tasks involving all aspects of jobsite organization and housekeeping tasks.
• Physical, hands-on tasks of receiving, handling and organizing all jobsite materials.
• Physical, hands-on tasks of selective demolition of finished materials.
• Assisting and/or leading the installation of temporary protection of construction project sites.
• Assisting in the physical construction of select construction finishes working alongside carpentry personnel.
• Picking and delivering all requested items to project sites as directed from company warehouse
• Organizing and cataloging all tools and equipment located in the company warehouse and on each individual project site
• Lead and direct other hired labor personnel if project requires

Qualifications:

Minimum of (5) years of related experience in the Construction Industry. Knowledge of construction means and methods is required. Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
