Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and safety inspections Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to perform tasks like pouring, cutting, finishing, and formwork construction Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute specific project requirements accurately Install rebar, metal studs, drywall, stucco, tile, and other building materials following blueprint specifications Conduct concrete work including pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation to ensure durable and high-quality results Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe environment for all team members Support renovation projects by performing carpentry, plastering, caulking, and other finishing tasks as needed Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and machinery safely Experience with construction estimating and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, cutting, finishing, and pumping techniques Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures and proper use of hand tools and power tools Ability to read construction plans accurately and follow detailed specifications for various building components Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Skilled in metal stud framing, tile laying, drywall installation, stucco application, rebar installation, and concrete work Join our team if you're passionate about building projects that stand the test of time!
