Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of construction, remodeling, demolition, excavation, and property maintenance projects. The ideal candidate is willing to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions, follows directions well, works safely, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Assist skilled workers and operators with daily construction projects. Perform general construction and remodeling tasks. Assist with demolition, including removing walls, flooring, roofing, debris, and other materials. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely. Assist with excavation, grading, digging, trenching, and site preparation. Perform cleanup of job sites and properly dispose of construction debris. Assist with framing, drywall, roofing, siding, flooring, and other remodeling work as needed. Assist equipment operators with job-site preparation and spotting. Perform general property maintenance and grounds work. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction, remodeling, demolition, excavation, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and climbing. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a crew. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow job-site safety procedures. Valid driver's license preferred. Preferred Skills Construction and remodeling experience. Demolition experience. Excavation and site-work experience. Experience with skid steers, excavators, loaders, or other construction equipment. Basic carpentry skills. Basic mechanical or maintenance skills. OSHA or other construction safety training. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. The employee may be required to lift and carry materials, work on uneven ground, climb ladders, bend, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods. Work may take place indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions. What We Look For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work .
